Where to buy Grape and spaghetti?

I read that Grape Caulerpa and spaghetti Claetomorpha are the best macro for a nutrient export refug. I have a new Ecosystem 3616 (about 30 gal, has Miracle Mud, will have 1500 gph through it).

Can I use both, or will one take over?
Where can I buy these?
How much should I get?

Check with folks in your area.

Many folks toss the stuff periodically when it starts to outgrow their refugium.

Do these ever migrate into the main tank?
Exactly how do you prune them?
Does it make sense to use more than one type (grape + spaghetti) in the same refug?

i have spagetti, grape, and prolifera in my fuge. the problem i see is that the grape tends to create a carpet canope over the spagetti (chaetomorpha). but, the spagetti is doing just fine. infact, small fragements of the spagetti have grown a thin layer over the substrate, which masses of rotilifers and copepods are mostly located in my tank.
