Where to Drill?

I have a 150 gallon tank that I am converting to a reef. It is not reef ready. It's 60 x 24 x 24. (no part of it is tempered)

My question is: Where would you drill this tank and why woud you drill there? The options I am considering are:

Bottom drilling in each rear corner for a conventional overflow or.....

Drilling 2 holes bulkhead style at (or near) the water line on the back of the tank.

If noise is going to be a problem for you I would really try to incorporate a durso. If not and you want the easy way.. Drill for a bulkhead around the level in your display where the sump could hold any overflowing water incase your return pump is not on.
