where could i find really cheap rics i live in chicago and i dont wanna pay alot for shipments any help please

Have you tried looking up any Chicago based reef clubs? Sometimes club members are really cool and have things like this to sell\trade cheap locally.

Another club alternative is to have everyone go in on a group buy if they decide to order from a place that it would need to be shipped from- that way shipping can be divided up by however many people go in making it much much cheaper
