Where to get co2 cylinder filled in Bay Area...

Just looking for places in either the south bay (santa clara, san jose, sunnyvale) or the east bay (dublin, hayward, san ramon)...

I go to AirGas on Industrial Pkwy (near Home Depot) off of 880 in Hayward. It's right off the freeway. Although, they only do swaps but it's no big deal since I only go there 2 times a year at most. I used to go to this place in San Leandro off of Lewelling next to the overpass that would recharge cylinders but it needs to have a recent hydro stamp for them to do it. It's a fire extinguisher place located in the back of the A-1 pool store.
