Where to get the 3-Part Calcium Supplement Ingredients

Does anyone know if Lowes, Home Depot, etc... are still carrying these ingredients since it's Spring? Also, does anyone have too much and want to sell me some instead of keeping a 10 year supply? Thanks.

If youre talking about the Randy Holmes Farley home 3 part mix, the alkalinity part is 2 cups baking soda that has been put in the stove at 350 for about an hour, and the magnesium part is a bag of epsom salts. Thats usually in the pharmacy area of like Krogers or Walmart. As far as the Dow Flake, I think Lowes has a smaller bag as well as the larger one.

I think washing soda (laundry section) can be used instead of he baking soda. (skips the oven step)

is there a place to get the mag flake locally. i know buckeye field supply has it but thats not exactly close. none of the home depots i went to carry it. they have plenty of prestone driveway heat though.

LOWES ON BROAD ST HAS THE PRESTONE DRIVEWAY HEAT!!! 40lb bags and the little 1 gallon plastic jugs. it is located in the garden center in aisle 1 in top stock. Come see me I work there and I will get it for you (if I am there)

anyone know if you can use the road runner brand driveway de-icer? I was looking at walmart's auto section this weekend and it says calcium carbonate in the ingredience but i'm just not sure. But for 1 container of it, it was on sale for $1.

I'd stick with what's been tested..... but in all likelyness it's probably all the same stuff with different labels. :)

Yeah that was my thought, I looked at it and thought it would be ok, but with all the work I put into my tank and finally getting my nitrates to 0ppm, I'm going to play it safe.
