Which MH setup would be best?

(2) 250W HQI 20K - probably the Aqualight Pro 250 HQI ballasts

OR

DIY (2) XM 400W 20K, puls start coil ballasts

The DIY will probably be cheaper but will mostlikely yeild a higher power bill.

What do you think? I would like to keep sp, sps, clams ect.

I think the 20K is too blue. The 10k is better for corals, but a side x side I like the 14k best. The tank of the month uses 14k I believe.

Okay... Although both units are quire different what would be a bettween choice?

i like PFO pendants with 14K Ushio DE bulbs.. nice look to them...
