Which PC bulbs for best coral color?

I have a coralife PC fixture with 2 65watt actinic 03 bulbs about due to be replaced. I like the fluorescence the bulbs give but their too blue making the tank too dark to enjoy. I use them for dawn/dusk effect. What will give me the same color "pop" on my corals and brighten it up a bit but not lose the dawn/dusk effect at the same time?

I was thinking 1 actinic 03 and 1 actinic 03/7100K. Comments?

Would 2 actinic 03/7100K be too bright?

IMO...7100K/10000K would look great.....

Think that would be too bright for dawn/dusk lighting?? I run MH in the afternoon.

The act and 7100 might be nice. The white will still be bright compared to just act. Maybe one bulb act and one act/71?

It would give some white lite while still not be shocking.

7100k tends to be very blue, but turns whitish over time- especially depends on the ballast......but it seems to whiten up and lose its coloring power.....

Are you lights retro.

If so I had the same concerns, so (like mentioned earlier) after the dawn lights warmed the tank I turned my DIY (retro) metal halides on. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE, honestly their is nothing that can replicate these bulbs.

I thnk you're right on jjmg. That is what I'll probably do and just play with the positioning of the bulbs for best effect. Thanks everyone for your input.
