which pH test actually work?

Very rarely does the test sample and the manufacturer color chart match. I am usually saying well the pH is in between 7.8 and 8.4 (slight exageration). I am now tired of it. I have used Seachem, Tetra, and API. Which test kits are the most destiguishable and easiest to read, as far as PH?

With u on that... I hold it up and use one eye, and if after two beers the other eye seems the same... your in the ballpark

I use Elos and mine 8.3 matches up almost perfectly

Thats what I was gonna suggest. Get a monitor, and two beers? Is that all?

Thinking about it thats only 2 to 3 tests kits so a pretty good deal. I think that'll be my next purchase. Getting tired of looking at those charts going that dosen't really look like any of the colors.
