Which Shrimp in the fuge?

I'm thinking of putting some shrimp in my fuge. My goal is to have them breed and the eggs/larvae be a natural plankton source for the corals in my display tank. I was looking at adding several peppermint shrimp but wondering if they will eat any of the bristle stars or other critters in the fuge? I do have a few glass anemones (which is why I was think about adding peppermint shrimp).

So, is this a good idea? Is there a better shrimp to add?
