i have had my frogspawn for about a week now and i noticed little white spots in the middle of one head. It alomost looks like the octopus coral, is this a bad thing please help

Hard to say from that description, is the coral otherwise healthy? Polyp extension good? Is anything stinging or picking at the coral? Are the spots slimey (do they look like theyre melting)?
What are your tank parameters? What else are you keeping? How long has the tank been set up?

sorry, the coral does look healthy and the white spots went away a few hours later. My ph is at 7.9 my salinity is at 1.024. I havent checked the Alk and the Cal...but the coral doess look healthy. My polyp extension well is half and half....On one head half of the polyps are long and the other short, the color looks normal as well too. The spots are not slimey and only that seconed part of the head looks like its melting. Other than that it looks good.
