Darn, I was gonna place an order today for some clams from Clams Direct. I was eyeing these three:

I was eyeing them for a few days and when I wanted to buy, low and behold, they're sold. Oh well. Guess I'll just wait for the next batch of clams to arrive. This time, I'm not gonna wait if I see something I want.

I just came back from my LFS today and was clam shopping. I saw a few clams that I really liked. I'm gonna go back tommorow to ask the owner how much. The employee that was there today didn't want to give me a wrong price on the clam. I can live with that.

Anyways, the point of my post is I'll post some pics if I buy those clams tommorow. Stay tuned...

Okay back from the LFS with one clam. I bought a 3" Desera and paid $45. Not too shabby. I'm acclimating the clam right now. I'll post pics shortly.

The 2 maxima clams I wanted orginally were $99 each. Nice clams but not for that kinda money. YIKES... I'm gonna buy online. Hehehe :rollface:
