Who has a coralife super skimmer or can help anyways (Pics)

In my gallery is a pic of the bubble diffuser of my skimmer. In the instructions, it shows it having the waterline just under the "top" of the bubble diffuser. Is this right or does the "bottom" of the bubble diffuser sit right above the water line.

More importantly, why is it overflowing? I have it one inch above like it states in the manual but it keeps just overflowing? The skimmer is only a couple weeks old.

I don't have this skimmer myself, but a friend does, and he has that grey box thing almsot completely in the water. Maybe 3/4" is exposed above the surface. That way the water falls only a bit preventing it from making more bubbles.
I'm not too sure, but play around with it.

it does overflow

just wait a few months or when the sponge gets dirty

a lot of micro bubbles is that the problem

My installation is in tank. My diffuser box is installed barely sticking out of the water but the box is below the level of the skimmer outlet.
I noticed your Diffuser box appears to be above the outlet of the skimmer. This puts your outlet air tube under water. Your picture shows water coming out. Air is actually supposed to be going in to break a syphon. You have too much water going thru.
Fix is to lower the box so it is below the outlet of the skimmer.
If that doesn't work you may want to call Coralife.
