Will frogsapawns or hammers fair well in my tank?

I kept frogspawn under those lights well when I was a beginning reefer. Actually, the frogspawn did better than the hammer. fwiw...good luck.

Of equal importance, can you test your water for:
salinity [refractometer: 1.025]
ph [ph meter] 7.9-8.3
alkalinity [I use Salifert] 8.3-9.3
calcium [Salifert] 400-420
temp stable around 80
nitrates low; ammonia 0.
chaotic flow [a Sea Swirl is ideal] Not necessary, but helps growth.

Start with one, or with a candycane, which divides fast when happy.

2 of the 3 euphyllias [hammer, frog] can touch with no problem. Torch is touchier, though mine, a thin-tentacled torch, touches frog quite happily.

Keep them clear of the sweepers of: bubble, galaxia, brain.

Avoid having: mushrooms near them, or in the same tank, actually. They get into wars. I recommend against keeping softies with these corals, for the good health of both.
