wire and power management

For the life on me I cant find this control pannel...

I would like to manage all of my wires, pumps, lights, power heads, ect off of a switch pannel that is easy to access in the front of the cabinet. However, for some reason I can't find a sourse. could you please poing me in the right direction? I'm not even sure what they are called. If you have any better suggestion for power management please let me know. Thanks
