Hi,
It's a very new product, was been out for about 2 months. I have 3 running at the shop and no problems so far. We have sold about 50-75 and only one defect reported.
It's a very powerful heater, since it's titanium it's unbreakable and can hold a steady temp better then a glass heater which has to shut down from time to time to cool, otherwise they break.
It has a nice outside controller too for adjusting temp, the number dial is usually way off, but it's constant.
As with any new heater, i would use caution, but so far they seem very good.
