worm eating anemone???

i have notice that two of the brown anemones that were growing in my tank have vanished. well last night i found this thing in the location that one anemone was. i dont have a pic, but this thing was about 1/2 in long with large bright white bristles on it... is this a worm and if so is it a good or bad thing??

Sounds like a bristle worm. I don't think it attacked your anemone, they are scavangers and probably was cleaning up after the anemone died.

But then again, a pic will really help. No telling what you really have.

i think it might be a type of aeolid nudibranch, but im not sure... all i know is that 2 hours before i saw this thing i had an anemone there.

Were they aiptasia? If so, the nudibranch idea sounds valid.
