Worried about my clams...

Well everything was going great with my clams. They are both 5" crocea's and had full mantel extension. UNTIL I left for thanksgiving and came back 2 days later to find that one of the baffles in my sump/refugium had broken loose and was spilling sand into my return pump and causing a huge storm. Well instantly I close off the sump and started the repairs. I have repaired it as of now but the tank is ver cloudy and I am very worried about the clams. They still opening but not near as much as they were.
Will they pull through? I know they have to have clear water and my tank is far from it right now. I am going to run a magnum 350 on it to help clear it up faster(hooking it up tommorrow). Is there anythingelse I can do?

Thanks

Well it cleared up on it's own. This morning I got up and it is back to normal. Just need to blow off the rocks.
I did get the biggest scare of my reef keeping life. I get a call this morning that my tank is at 100 degrees. I couldn't figure out how it happened because my heater is brand new but that was where I thought the problem was. So I had the person unplug the heater and get a fan blowing over the surface. I could NOT figure out how it happend since the water was 80 last night when the lights went off(10:00pm).
Well I finally get to look at the tank and come to find out the digi thermometer had just gone wack-o and gave these crazy readings. It said my breath was at 147 degrees...lol.
I about had a heart attack about it then it just a stupid thermometer. I will no longer use digital, I'm going back to the good old stick ons and floating ones. I don't need the accuracy to be .1 degrees I can handle the cheap ones and to me I believe they are much more reliable.

Thanks
