Does anyone have one that you don't need any more??
:)

Want to setup a FW plant tank. I don't have light for a nano tank that I just picked up today (thanks fishme!!)
 
Do you want to do a diy Phong.. I have a 70w halide ballast you can have for a frag :) Or macro algae sliver :) Or for the change in your pocket :) You might check around there have been a couple of DIY's with the 70 w halide.. I think Eric did one that was quite successful..

BTW, Elite. What size tank did you set up. Maybe I can recomend another light. I should have a pretty good idea in what you need. BTW are you gonna be using any CO2 or seachem excel. And if you ever need any HC I have tons.
 
The tank is only 10G :D (12x10x16). I know it's small but I don't know jack about FW plant so I will just start small. If I like it then I might setup a 210G. I have a 26W PC light but I don't think it's strong enough. What do you think?

ahah is the tank blue background and 3 chambers, blue canopy?
if so i was the OG owner, i hope you like it!

BTW the brackets for the viper dont fit, i tried then returned the light after i found out, if indeed this tank was mine... lol

if not i feel stoopid! lol
 
It is :D .. Very nice tank. I love it. I spent 1.5 hours to remove all the scratches today.

I'm sure I can figure out how to mount it :)
 
The planted FW tank sounds like a lot of fun!

I'd recommend putting salt in the water and replacing those plants with corals though :D :D
 
i had it custom made, (forgot who)
paid 115 shipped

the only thing i didnt like was that the back chambers could only handle like 190-200GPH anything over it couldnt keep up

other than that i loved it, it was great with a maxi 600 in chamber3 and a 900 in the display, i had sps (175w MH 15k iwasaki over it)

Just want something easier to take care than SW tank man :) .. One of the reason why I stop reefing :( ..

Thanks for the overflow info. I was wondering if the MJ1200 is too much for it. I guess I will need a MJ900 too :D ..
 
the 900 was too much so i put the 600 back there, it was a charm with only 1 flare output on the locline (i had a Y with 2 flares, but never used it), then added the 900 in the tank after i wanted sps
