WTB Lighting for BC14 - need opinions please

Hello.

I am looking into replacing the stock hood on the BC14.

I found this from Aquatraders for $99 w/ free shipping. Anyone had any dealings with them and their lights? Should I just keep an eye out for a used Sunpod 16.5 unit?

Price seems reasonable and I bet a used SP 16" is hard to find
Then again some people swap bulb (s) and ballast for such fixture and that would not make it a better choice anymore.
