WTB Live Sand

I'm looking for 40-60 lbs live sand to put in my 58g that I'm setting up this weekend. I'd prefer to not travel too far from Ft. Collins, but if you've got a good deal I'd make a drive... :)

What'cha got for me?

As long as you are cycling, I have some for you

Please elaborate... :D

Save some money and put in dry dead sand and then just seed it with a little from other club members tanks. If you take a cup or 3 of sand from 6 different peoples tanks you will have a bunch more diversity.

If you take a bunch of live sand and put it in your tank chances are you are going to lose a bunch of life in the sand because some of it will get buried on the bottom.

I've got a 20g up and running that's going to be transfered to this tank... I just want it to be up and running w/ sand and some rocks for a couple weeks before I do the big transfer...
