Save yourself some money - I've had a 46 gallon bowfront for 4 years now and am just getting rid of it, but what I did was I bought a PUR water filter that hooked on to my kitchen sink and used that for my RO/DI water unit. All the PUR filter unit is is a minimized RO/DI system, and if you're only needing it to make 5-6 gallons of water at a time, it does the job great and cost effective. $30 for the unit, filter lasts for around 100 gallons, and call it a day. I used mine since day one with no problems.
