Xenia problem

I had healthy tank till a few days ago and have long thread about my misfortune with flatworm exit. I have done numerous water changes and fish seem happier now, AT least the ones that made it. But my xenia are still deflated and look angry. I know they are a good indicator of water quality, sooo will they spring back once tank is healthy?

There's a soft coral keepers forum. I'm sure the xenia will spring back. That particular scourge of the earth will live through anything EXCEPT taking their rocks out of the tank and letting them sit out and get some sun in the snow. That's what I finally had to do to rid myself of that horrifying crap.

We finally got tired of all the Xenia in my Sons nano as it grew like crazy. We scraped, scrubbed and scoured the places it was growing on. A few weeks later and in a few spots it was coming back already. Its pretty hardy stuff so it may bounce back okay. You may not have wanted it back down the road if it starts growing like crazy....
