yet another ick question

So I have had ick and every tank FW and SW that I own but this one puzzles me. I just bought a baby blue tang and it has gotten ick but hes eating and still acting normal the only thing is hes not gettin any better or worse so how do i get rid of this in a reef tank i cant catch him and if i did im worried that he wouldnt make the switch from display tank to QT and hes so small i cant do a freshwater dip so any questions on what i can do???

One or more dips will not cure the Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans).

I think your choices are to do nothing and hope it (and any other fish in the tank) lives through it, or remove it for one of the following treatments:
