your very hardest corals to keep

y'all are gonna laugh.... montis for me... something always happens and the last thing was nudis :(

Oregon blue tort. I've lost ~4 frags. I can't keep it for whatever reason. Every other tort that I've tried is growing great, but these just don't like me.

i couldn't get a monti cap to grow at all for 2 years. i have an orange one now that seems to be doing ok though. it's weird.
i have 2 digi's that are growing like weeds though.

i can't keep an oregon tort if my life depended on it. uggggh.

i've been lucky enough to keep my elegance for a year now. also, we have acropora cervicornis and a. palmata at the aquarium here that have been raised from larval stages. they are very finicky, especialy as babies.

ORA Hawkins for me. IT is thw only foral (ORA or ontherwise) that I have any trouble with. It will show signs of tissue recession, then recover, again, and again. Frustrating as it's a beautiful piece.

Digitata used to me be my Elanor but recently I moved a struggling red digi to another location and it has taken off!

I can grow acros galore. But I can't keep an orange digi alive. That is the only frag that I have lost in over two years! Go figure.

suharsonoi's hate me... I've lost two.
+1...I have an A. caroliniana that grows like a weed along with another deepwater, but suharsonoi's tend to do nothing for me - or die.

Hydnophora, believe it or not.

I can keep any kind of Acro and retain great color and growth, but my Hydnophora colony continually gives me grief. It grows well but it often gets small patches of STN at the edges of the colony. I trim them off and all is well for a while .. then it will develop more small spots of STN ... always in a different spot.

Same as those with who said A. suharsonoi, A. tortuosa, and two not on the list yet A. secale(this is my 3rd one and same thing, slow tissue recession until all gone, I do have hope for a little patch that encrusted on a rock, so I guess time will tell), and A. florida I have trouble with, I'm sure I'll run into another down the road.

I've kept a number of types of SPS with success, but I'm probably 0/5 on birdsnests. I just can't make it happen for some reason.
