whats up with these cheap prices of seahorses and pipefish?

I have another list that is a little less expensive too. Those are Dwarf seahorses. I think I'm done with seahorses at this point and getting more clown fish soon. so far we have about 10 pairs at home, 7 pairs at the schools, 7-8 pairs at costumer's tanks, fuge, sumps. No eggs yet and last time I saw eggs was last year June and nothing so far.
