It certainly is gorgeous. Hard to tell from these shots if this is a true member of the Zostera genus or instead apart of the Posidonia genus. A shot of root structure would help.. as would something to tell the size by.. (like a fish in the shot).
There are several members of both genuses, each of which have some distribution through China's coasts. If you can tell us where you got it - LFS or you collected on your own - I might be able to help in a further ID.
I havent kept either of these genuses, particularly Zostera, as they have a dormancy period in the wild that I was not ready to try out in my saltwater tank. Though, looking at this beautiful picture, I'm debating whether to try them now or not.
Bottom line.. I'd lean more towards a true seagrass than a macroalgae, but a picture of the root system would help a lot. I'm a little troubled by the leaves that seem to end in very small plants.. they seem to be throwing plants that do not look like the mother, small spirals. I dont think seagrass propagates itself in this way.
