1.019 SG ok for macros?

I am soon going to start up a dwarf seahorse tank, and the SG will be about 1.019-1.022, the temperature will be about 72 degrees.

Will the SG and temp be fine for most macro species? Any species in particular to avoid with this SG and temp?

Only Thalassia testudinum springs to mind as a macro or seagrass that won't enjoy that salinity. Many dwarf SH keepers house macroalgae in their setups with the typical low salinity you've noted. I have done it myself. :) Sargassum species will grow better in higher salinity, but they do fine in that range. Everything else I can think of that's widely available should be happy.
