1/2" PVC manifold issue

I was trying to create a 1/2" PVC manifold, and it looks perfect. However, when I check the pipe, they're almost clogged. I believe it's the friction, between the pipes, creates the flesh excess inside.

Anyone has any issue like this? or is this normal and will be fine?
