My talk is around 1 yr. old now and all of the parameters are right where they should be.The show is a 65 gal (36"L x 18"w x 25"H), with a custom 45 gal sump (refugim).
I have a "reef octopus 4" protein skimmer in the sump.
4 Hydor Koralia Evolution 750 to 850 gph- pumps in the tank with a smart wave controller (switching between 2 on 2 off, to give good random flow).
Eheim return pump #1262- around 6 to 8 turn over per hour.
Lighting is a Cora life HO - 36" 2- 10,000k bulbs, and 2 Antic blue bulbs. cycle is around - on blue on at 7am off at 930pm, white is 8am to 9pm.
Fish - 1- 4 striped damsel, 2- neon damsels, 4 Ocellaris (2 typical, 2 maroon), 1- yellow tang, 1 flame angel, 1- Condy Anemone, 1- blue tip Anemone misc. snails, and few peppermint shrimp.
With in the past month - I have lost:
1- Torch Coral
1- Hammer Coral
All of the fish are doing well. I see no issues with them. The corals, they were beautiful. They were in my tank for 4 months before they just kept slowly faded away. Also my corals color is very blah..
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
