You'll probably have to call them, I've heard of other reefers having good luck with phone calls.

Called in to have them price match the 11% off from Premium Aquatics, and then asked if I could use the NOCALTAX coupone and they said they couldn't/wouldn't do both. I wound up placing the order w/ Premium aquatics for the $1500 tank and about $500 in accessories.
