I would like to Know what kind of lighting filtration or anything that I would need

Well you will need


A hang on filter like a Aquaclear 50 or 70

Lighting- id go with a 70w MH or 96w of power compact lighting.

Live rock - 1 lbs per gallon

Live sand 1/2in to 1 and 1/2 in depth.

Powerheads- Maxi jets are good.

and for filtration you can put chemi pure, purigen, phos guard,

filter floss and stuff like that in your Aquaclear filter.

And just look around this site for mods and other tips. You can get

most of these thing a marinedepot.com and another good site just for nanoreefs is nano-reef.com.

IMO yes...I have a 30g with 130 watts of PC's and 30w. of t5's and i keep sps.
