110 Gallon Tank Build

This is my 110 Tank Build. I've had a 55 for the last 2 years. I have 6x54w T5 Lights. Tank has been running right over a month. Just added cleanup crew from reefs2go and transfered over corals and added a couple that a friend gave me. I also just my controller up and running (Profilux 3). A little complicating at first but I feel like I am getting familiar with the software. I couldn't get it to connect to my labtop with the ethernet, so I had to set up a Lan with an old router to get it to communicate. I am running 5 actinics and 1 white. 2 actinics come on at 9 am and turn off at 9 pm, 1 actinic and 1 white come on at 10am and turn off at 10 pm, and the last 2 actinics come on at 11am and turn off at 11pm. I have them on late in the day as thats when I am at the house and in the living room. No fun in having lights turn off when you get home from work!

Right now I have a couple pieces of Caulastrea, couple mushrooms, pink hammer, green hammer, frogspawn, and a couple kenya trees. The fish that I plan on having is 1 yellow tang, 2 clowns, coral beauty, and a goby or 2. Later Ill add a mandarin once my pod population takes off.

I am also running a Calcium reactor and carbon filter. I'll be dosing kalk and have it setup in next couple days.

I'l still learning about Saltwater tanks and reef needs. Tank was built and designed by a local guy who has several systems all over town, not to mention a 730gallon in wall in his house. He's been great help throughout the tank build.

Enjoy!

Also had to patch the tank. Ordered tank though glasscages.com a year and half ago, but didn't set it up as I have been looking for a house to move into. Finally bought a house, set the tank up, and had a small leak in the silicone between the front piece of glass and the left side at the very bottom. It would make a bead of water about every 5 seconds. So we decided the best thing to do was to patch it with another piece of glass. Here are the pics of the patch. At first I was thinking it would be pretty noticable but turned out not bad at all!
