12 fan control

I want to add 5 70 cfm 12v dc fans to the APEX, I Want to be able to apply variable voltage to them so they are on low with little or no noise. Something like the following;

at 77.5f supply 2v dc to fans
at 77.8f supply 4v dc to fans
at 78f supply 8v dc to fans
at 78.5 supply 10v dc to fans

can this be done if so what module do I need, maybe the VDM also how many amps can the VDM supply?

The base can do this (using profiles) and the VDM can do this but neither can supports amps; the control voltages from these is very small; used to drive control units; not drive devices like fans. You need something to convert the low power from the base/VDM into higher control voltages needed for your fans.

HMMM, Makes me think I will be better off with just a on or off and a plug for a future module.....HINT HINT
