12 Gallon Stocking Suggestions

I'm looking to stock my 12gallon reef, which has just recovered from a major tank crash. I was dosing a buffered vitamin C supplement, and before I knew it, there was a massive pH swing killing all the inhabitants. I have since learned my lesson, and have discontinued the dosing.

After about 3 weeks allowing the tank to recover, and numerous waterchanges, It is now stable and I'm looking for creative, colorful and active stocking suggestions.

If you could list your favorite 3 fish combo's that feature both activity and color, it would be greatly appreciated.

My previous stock list was

Orchid Dottyback
Black Ocellaris
African Flameback

What I thought was an awsome combo, but I'm looking for the possibility to try something different.

The only inverts are 4 blue leg and 2 red leg hermits, 2 Vietnamese turbo snails, and a couple astrea.

The tank is a 12g Aquapod Zoanthid Only
150w Sunpod with Pheonix 14k

In my office bioCube 14 .... I have a Perc Clown, Royal Gramma & a Six Line. They look good & all get along.

id consider a goby/shrimp pair as one fish. I have a YWG and a candy cane pistol shrimp and they are fun to watch

Firefish probably wouldnt be a good idea, he has an open top. I wanted one too but found out they frequently jump. Id suggest an occ. clown or pair, chalk bass, and royal gramma.

i had a purple pseudochromis and a little yellow goby in my old 12g. i know it's only two but they were both very bright and seemed to interact with eachother quite well. i miss them :(
