A friend of mine in Hudson is selling his 125 Gallon All Glass Aquarium (72x18x22). It is in great condition, no scratches. It is not drilled. It previously housed Lake Tanganyika cichlids. No copper treatments were used. Included is the stand (3-door redwood), 2 Marineland Emperor 400 filters, 2 Ebo Jager 200 watt heaters, glass covers, and 4 3ft standard fluorescent lights with bulbs. He also has stones and petrified wood for the tank. He is looking to sell the whole package for $500.00 If interested, contact Greg directly at bone123@adelphia.net
BTW, he does not frequent Reef Central, so don't post questions here.
Thanks,
John

wish i didn't just buy a stupid 55 gallon lol

Did you buy just the tank? If so, I might be interested in buying it from you for my sump. Then you could buy the 125. Drop me a PM if interested.

So for a SW tank we would be getting:

Tank
Stand
Heaters

I'm sure that there much be a fresh water forum somewhere that would really eat this deal up.

I agree. Try a FW forum. Most of that equipment is useless to us except the tank, stand, and heaters. Unless he's willing to part out.

Jim,

Don't let the demon of buyer's remorse get its claws into you! Take it from someone who is also a computer builder --- there is always something newer/cheaper/better just around the corner. At some point you need to jump in. If not, right after getting that 125 you would find a great deal on a 180 and feel the same way. =)

wow computers and reefs I have the same problem wish I had a hobby that I did not have to spend so much money on like darts or something LOL best thing to do is try to stay off the bleeding edge so the upgrades dont cost as much

I'll have you know that when I was on a dart league I spent almost $200 on a set of darts and at least that much on beer weekly :D

Where else do they hold dart tournaments other than bars? It was more of a beer drinking contest with darts added for fun.

I would really like to buy the 125g for my fuge but I don't need a really expensive one. I just need an old, scratched up thing that's cheap.

Try raising a 13 yr old daughter....back to school is killing us she has grown so much over the summer

I have one of those too. (the 13 yr old daughter) Also 2 other back-to-schoolers. It isn't easy to get 3 kids ready for school AND stock a tank. At least 13yr old girls are not emotional or trendy

BTW this thread is officially off-track... Let's get this tank sold for the OP.

Anyone want a 125g tank, stand etc... ???

Sorry for the off-topic comments John. :(
