12g nano cube and harliquins

I was just wondering if a 12 gallon nano would be fine for one or a pair of harliquins? i could add a few more rocks from my 29 gallon into the nano probably...would more rocks be better in a small tank with the shrimp?

I have a harliquin in a 11 gal tank with lots of live rock and he does fine. He tends to hide for a while after eating, but then he'll hang out on top of a rock where I can see him.

ok cool...would it be cool for a pair of them to be in that size of a tank?

A matted pair should be fine, however I've hear that two unmated harliquins may fight.
