So I thought my roommate was going to stay in Tucson for the entire summer but he has had a change of mind and so I have decided the best course of action is to break down the tank and then rebuild it up next year. I am for sure going to sell my livestock and might as well sell my LR..... also selling my equipment, if anyone wants, so I can start fresh next year.
I am not home right now but can get the sizes of the fish but all of the fish are of a good size except the lawnmower blenny which is still quite young. These are OBO.

Lighting: Forget Name of Unit b/c bought used but used to be expensive. It has 2x 175w Mogul Base MH w/ Hamilton 10k bulbs (will need replacing soon), and 2x65w PC actinic bulbs that are only about 1.5 months old. It comes with a dual ballast and then a seperate ballast for the pc lights, and a single fan in the unit to keep the unit cooler. $250 OBO

The double switch unit. Brand New and never set up ever. Just got it but if someone wants it then for $40 they can have it. Save you $20
Powerhead/Pump: Koralia 3(only like 2 weeks old, maybe...) $30 b/c its basically as new as you can get. Rio 1100($20 OBO)- about 6 months old. Works good as new.
Protein Skimmer: AquaC Remora Pro w/ Drain and Rio 1400- $150 OBO. Amazing Skimmer but will go with sump when I get back so want to get the AquaC urchin.
Filter- Rena(not sure model but can look up)- I use it for phosphate reactor/chemi-pure/ carbon media holder- $40 OBO- will update with model # when i get home.
That is all I can think of right now.
I also have a HOB filter by top fin and is recommended for up to 60gal. I paid like $50 for it a year ago.. $10 OBO
