180 Gallon In wall / Garage Make Over

I wanted to start posting my garage make over and 180 in wall. I have been planning for quite sometime and i am running into issues with plumbing.

I have attached two pictures. One of the office/man cave and the picture the back of the tank. Note. The far left door is a closet and the middle door is to way into the house.

My objectives :

1.) Set up a 180 in wall tank with ATO and Water changes with just turn values on and off.
2.) Making sure the temp. in the garage is going to be suitable for the tank (Garage is insulated, including the garage door) I don't think i will have a problem in the winter because i do have a heater is the garage. My concern is being to hot.

Im just looking for some design ideas and plumping idea.

I don't have the pictures labeled but here are some key marks :

1.) the far left buckets are waste water for Water changes and RO/DI system. I will have a pipe running to the front of the garage and when i need to remove the waste water i want to just be able to turn a valve and have it run outside.
2.) the 3rd bucket is the RO water which will also feed into the 4th bucket which will be the salt water. The RO bucket will have a valve in front if i need to get water into a bucket or what not. The Salt water bucket will have a pipe going straight into the sump to replace water from a water change. Note everything will be controlled with valves.
3.) I don't have this pictured but i either want to run a ATO from the RO bucket or have a separate bucket by the sump for ATO.

Since i want to set everything up so i don't have to move buckets and stuff. Im guessing i would have to buy a main controller to turn off all power heads returns.

Let me know if you guys have any suggest, thoughts are ideas on else i can go about doing this.

Also, i forgot to add the the garage floor will be raised for the office/man cave and i will be using treated wood. Where the tank sits it will be sitting right on the concrete and I am aware that i need to make sure the stand is level because the concrete might not be.

Attached is the plumping i came up with. This is my attempt at a semi auto water change system:

The white connect looking pieces are my Check values so i don't get have flow back.
The connectors with the red nobs are my ball valves.

I have my RO getting pumped into my salt water container and then have salt water go straight into my sump and controlled by valves and one pump.

Then i have a pump to drain water from the sump to the back and still decided on how to drain it outside.

Also, the back of each tank has two holes very emergency just in case my auto float switch fails it doesn't over flow and it will just go outside.

My suggestion is to make a magnetic attached screen that dims the glow from the aquarium when you want to watch movies.e You'll quickly find the light is overpowering.

I started the garage about a month ago and the progress is getting there. I finished the floor, did the electrical, the wall and dry wall, just finished running the pipes for water. Next thing is to patch and tape the dry wall and then lay down the laminate floor. After all of that i will start working on the fish area.

Will post pictures when i can.

I don't have a window. my garage is between other garages.

My garage is surrounded on three sides and the garage door is insulated.

BUMP.

Anyone have any input on keeping temperatures at bay. Like i said before my garage is surrounded by another garage, my house, and another persons house. (live in a town house). My garage door is insulted and my walls are double dry wall(so 2 sheets of dry wall then insulation then another 2 sheets) with insulation.

Im not worried about the summer time because i can open up my door to the house and let in the air from the house (my wife loves the house at 68 degrees in the summer). my concern is the cold weather.

Insulate the tank with 3/4 inch foam board? run a electric heater outside the tank? or get more heathers for the tank?

I will try to post some pictures i been busy and the projects been on and half for the last couple of months.
