180 gallon owners- will reaquascaping hurt corals?

i have about 200 lbs of rock in my tank and do not like the wall look, I want to change the scape and make it more like a slope, wondering what affect it will have on the corals and clams (squamosa)?

They'll be fine. Just had my whole tank down a month and a half ago. Had a lot of the corals (SPS) out of water for 6 to 8 hours and only suffered minor tissue loss on the montis, which have all recovered completely in less than a month.

as long as no bases are attatched to 2 rocks and you don't physically hurt them when moving, and you don't move anything that was far down to the very top......you'll be fine
