180 Gallon Reef Equipment, Stocking, & Timing Questions

It's only taken me a year, but I'm finally getting a 180 gallon Reef Tank. I found a deal too good to pass up on a complete set up and of course I have some questions. The basics first...

180 Gallon Glass Oceanic DT w/ Canopy & Stand
Metal Hallides & LEDs
150+ lbs Live Rock w/ shallow sand bed
75g Sump w/ Skimmer, heater, etc.

Potential Stocking List:
Watanabei Angel Pair
Blonde Naso Tang
Desjardini Tang
Lyretail or Bartlett's Anthias
Snowflake Clown Pair
Mandarin Dragonet (once the tank pods can support it)
Coral Banded Shrimp
CUC
BTA (hopefully to host the Clowns)
Various softies & LPS

Now for the questions:
1. I have three other reef tanks, and an extra 120g tank, what is everyone's thoughts on a communal sump?
2. Thoughts on the Stocking List? I've read that the Naso will eventually outgrow the tank (I plan on purchasing livestock as small as possible) What about compatibility?
3. Watanabei Angels - will starting with 2 small result in a pair? Is a pair a good idea, or should I stick with a single fish and hope for a male?
4. Looking for flash & personality - any other livestock recommendations?
5. Timing/Order suggestions for adding the livestock?

I've learned so much from this forum already, thanks in advance for everyone's input!
