nope, cause i cant keep the live stock alive , if i start selling off
pices , there prob 400 lbs plus or minus of live rock (comes with set up) so if i sell the lights or pump i'll kill the live rock , corals and fish that come with it !

i second that, just sell all livestock first, then you can focus on the tank, itll be much easier to sell just a tank setup with out the livestock then with, plus depending, you can actually be better of financially that way.

i guess i can start to sell it off in pieces
but i need to sell live stock first , and i will take
offers on live rock ,and if you buy the live rock i'll just throw
corals.
