180g build

hi everyone my name is mike and am planning a 180g tank build with in the next 6 months to a year, but i need some help on equipment ie: pumps, skimmer ect. any help with brands and flow rates for return and power heads. i would like to low tech as much as possible, but use quality equipment also planning to have 55g sump and 45 gal fuge just to help you guys with the water amount i plan to be working with tanks fro the info.

Well everyone loves reeflo pumps (example dart). I also love their skimmers and a Reeflo 200 would be awesome on a 180. Otherwise read peoples threads on tanks similar to your size and it should help give you ideas and answers to your questions. Good luck with your build!
