180g tank suggestion

does anyone have any experience with an oceanic brand tank? any problems? I looking to buy a 180 6' x 24' x 24'. I was also considering lee-mar. I open to any other suggestions, thanks. oh yeah I would like a glass tank

Oceanic is one of the better tanks on the market.

For only a few months...but Oceanic tanks are sweet and really built!

sorry, I just got back from the lfs, and the tank is a AGA (all glass aquarium) tank..... I dont know why I thought it was a oceanic

AGA is great too...just a little lower quality.

I may be wrong, if I am someone will correct me.
I got a used Oceanic 180 last year. I don't know how old it was. When a couple of the fellow club members came over to see it, They told me how, AGA took over, or bought Oceanic, something like that. Because they were a little surprised that I had an actual Oceanic. They told me if a person can find a real Oceanic tank, (before AGA took over Oceanic, then that person has a very good tank. Something to that effect.
I do have an Oceanic 180 gal RR tank, except for a few minor scratches it is in great shape. I love my tank!

Well both AGA and Oceanic are owned by the same company but from my understanding, Oceanic is still made with the same quality.

Don't know much about Lee-Mar but I hear they are a notch above Oceanic!

I just picked up an oceanic 180 rr last week. The thing appears to be bullet proof. The silicone work is unreal!!! You can't even tell there is sealent at any of the joints because of the quality. Great tank and well above aga imo.
