1st signs of Velvet on one spot foxface

How would we treat the foxface? Also, how would we clear the tank of it WITHOUT removing the fish from the tank for a month?

You can try 5-minute freshwater dips, once every 3 days, for a total of 3 times.
My most recent battle included a single freshwater dip for about 6 minutes to give the fish some immediate relief. Then I dropped him into a hospital tank and treated him with Cupramine for 14 days.
