2 Emerald Crabs

After moving to Fort Smith, Arkansas, I've been getting my 10 gallon tank back together. After visiting my local pet store, I had 2 Emerald Crab hitchhikers on my rock. Normally I wouldn't buy two for my tank intentionally, however, Is it really an issue having 2 crabs if I just add more food.

Two won't be a problem if u don't mind the risk of having emeralds

I have 6 emerald's in a 30 gallon, they fascinating little guys. They'll grab whatever stuff drops to the bottom. If you worried they not getting enough food but don't want to overfeed, just grab some frozen food or krill and target feed them using a feeder tong or pipette.

Also add some gravel and liverock, mine have made a burrow underneath a live rock

Wow. 6! Did not know one could have so many in a 30g. How long have you had them? Did you start with 6? All introduced at same time?
