Well very sad to say i had to give my blue carpet to a friend of mine b/c he begam to outgrow the tank. But i now want to get another anemone, but one that i will be able to keep for its whole life. Are there any out there that i can keep. I was thinking of a rose bubble tip. And if not would frogspawns, hammers, toadstools, be ok? just let me know. But good news is i am setting up my 55 so i can get the blue back once it is set up. Which will be really cool of a tank.

Yea, i had a carpet outgrow a 45...

with a smaller tank i'd recommend a sebae or a haitian anemone. Rember, they do require decent lighting...


as for "frogspawns, hammers, toadstools, be ok?" those aren't anemone's, they're corals. They too also require good lighting but don't need to be fed like the anemone.
