Used and still in good shape. Ballast are less than a year old. The bulbs are 2 actinics and 2 actinic white (10k) used for only less than 2 months. Bulb and ballast still in a canopy. $170 for both. email at schanthaphone@comcast.net. I can sell a single set for $90 if you don't want both setups
