2 jawfish?

Will 2 jawfish get along ok in a 125g (72") tank or should I stick to one?

I've seen pairs together labelled "true pairs" and they weren't killing eat other but also heard horror stories from plenty of people with similar sized tanks. Can you lfs try and pair a couple up or get you a true pair. If they are fine together for a few weeks in a small shop tank, they may be ok in your setup longterm.

What kind? The yellowheads? I kept 7 in a 55 with no problems. I would recommend you keep a few if you sand/crushed coral bed is deep enough for them.

There is someone in florida who collects pairs that are together on the reef and sells them as pairs. They are pearly jawfish

I had the LFS put a few together and see who got on well together without violence and then brought them home. It took them three weeks to find each other in my 210 gallon but then they were the happiest together!
