2 months after velvet hit whats next.

Well its been just about 2 months since velvet cleaned all my fish out on my tank.. I want to start bringing life again to my tank. I want to take a different approach. I don't know if I should start with inverts first or fish. Can any one help me or guide me thanks I have a 55 gal tank. I added a pic before velvet cleand my tank out. Thanks.
