2 Scotts Together?

I thoughht you can't keep more than 1 Scotts together in a tank?
Just saw a great speciman that I wanted to buy but didn't because of the 1 rule. Also only 1 male? They are the pretty ones. How can you tell the sex?
 
Did you see them at Big Als? they had some BEAUTIFUL ones! Rob at exotic Aquatic had a really nice large male too.

Ive seen several male wrasses kept in a tank before but from what I was told they had to be added at the same time or there will be aggression....
 
Two males of the same species will not work with fairy wrasses. Two males of similar species (coloration/size) e.g. C. rubrimarginatus and C. lineatus can work if the tank is large but is initially difficult. You may have a female, in which case addition of a male can work.
